Vistry said Executive Chair & CEO Greg Fitzgerald intends to retire. He will step down as chair at the May 13 AGM and remain CEO until a successor is appointed. Roles will be separated; a CEO search is underway and a succession plan is in place.

Results showed higher pretax profit, adjusted profit, and earnings per share, with revenue and completions lower; adjusted operating margin improved; exceptional items reduced; no dividend; buyback ongoing.
