Harbour Energy PLC is an independent oil and gas company, producing barrels of oil equivalent per day from the North Sea and South East Asia. The company's activities consist of one class of business being the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas reserves and related activities and are split geographically and managed in nine Business Units: namely Norway, the UK, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, North Africa, Southeast Asia, CCS and Corporate.
Harbour Energy reported 2025 production of 474,000 boepd, revenue of USD10.26 billion, pretax profit of USD2.80 billion, a post’tax loss of USD182 million, free cash flow of USD1.07 billion, and net debt of USD4.31 billion. Tax expense was attributed to acquisition earnings and the extension of the UK energy profits levy.
Harbour adopted a distribution policy targeting 45%-75% of free cash flow, including a base dividend of 16.10 cents per share; the final 2025 dividend was 8.05 cents. Average production for the first two months of 2026 was 509,000 barrels per day, with full’year guidance of 475,000-500,000 boepd. The UK Chancellor reaffirmed a commitment to end the windfall tax; the levy is 38%.
