Advanced Medical Solutions confirmed receipt of an unsolicited possible cash takeover approach from HB Fuller on April 30. Discussions are ongoing, and there is no certainty a firm offer will be made or on what terms. Under takeover rules, HB Fuller must announce a firm intention to make an offer, or that it does not intend to, by June 18.
Separately, TA Associates said it does not intend to make an offer for AMS. AMS stated its board remains confident in its standalone prospects and strategy.
