BSF Enterprise reported milestones across subsidiaries. Lab-Grown Leather unveiled a -T-rex leather- handbag made using synthetic dinosaur DNA, with an auction scheduled for 11 June in Paris. Kerato began phase-one veterinary trials funded by the Canadian government and targets signing distribution deals in Q4 2026; applications for human trials are planned for 2026-2027.
For Lab-Grown Leather and Kerato, BSF is evaluating subsidiary-level financing options, including possible spin-outs. 3D Bio-Tissues launched its CytoBoost Revive product, has a commercial pipeline estimated at GBP500,000, and plans new partnerships in the second and third quarters.
