Quadrise plc announced an extension of its Exclusive Global Collaboration and Emulsifiers Sales Agreement with Nouryon. The agreement was renewed on 9 January 2026 and now runs to 31 October 2026, covering exclusive supply of goods, services, and certain IP for future MSAR and bioMSAR projects.

Under the agreement between Quadrise International Limited (QIL) and Nouryon Surface Chemistry AB (NSC), QIL purchases specialty emulsifier chemicals exclusively from NSC, which supplies them exclusively to QIL for oil-in-water emulsion fuel and biofuel applications. IP from past and future joint development is jointly owned in agreed territories. The agreement is exclusive for R&D in these fields unless jointly varied.
