Quadrise PLC is the supplier of MSAR and bioMSAR emulsion technology, fuels, and biofuels, providing solutions to reduce energy costs, pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions for power generation, shipping, industrial, and oil industries. Quadrise reported first-half revenue, with a wider pretax loss and higher production and development costs; loss per share was unchanged. It is finalising legal terms for trials with Mediterranean Shipping Co and OCP Group, and continues discussions with feedstock suppliers and additional prospective marine trial partners.

Permitting is underway in Panama for MSAR and bioMSAR fuels. The company amended its agreement with Valkor Technologies for an MSAR licence and manufacturing equipment, with staged licence payments through June 2026. Valkor’s Utah oil-sands plant is expected to start operations in late 2026. Management said it is developing use cases and compliant fuels and expects progress toward commercialisation during 2026.
