Kodal Minerals said DMS processing at Bougouni restarted after maintenance and debottlenecking, with ROM stockpile building. Mining continues at the Ngoualana pit, with blasting, ore haulage to the ROM pad, and de-watering progressing. Transport of spodumene concentrate to San Pedro continues; a second shipment to China is planned for Q1 2026. KMUK received payment from Hainan for the maiden export.

All 2025 Boumou prospect assay results were received, reporting multiple pegmatite intersections, including 54m at 1.57% Li2O (KLDH067), 37m at 1.60% (KLDH060), and intervals in KLDH056. Further drilling, metallurgical testing and geotechnical work are planned in early 2026, alongside an ESIA update. A feasibility assessment and investment decision are targeted by end-2026. Quarterly operating updates are planned from April 2026.
