Free lifetime support is part of your Membership entitlement and it is a very highly praised service. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we aim to answer all emails and phone messages by the next working day.
Please note that the ShareScope Pro lines open at 8am.
If it is out of hours then there is a comprehensive on-screen help available from the Help menu in the program. We also recommend reading the User Guide before contacting us as many of your questions may be answered therein. Click here to view the ShareScope User Guide. There are also a number of ShareScope forums where you may find other ShareScope members who can answer ShareScope-related questions. Feedback / Wish List
ShareScope listens to its members' opinions and feedback. That's why we have a Wish List; an ongoing list of improvements and features you would like to see included in ShareScope. We record each request and use the Wish List as a guide for development priorities. We give each item careful consideration and do our best to include many of them in the latest versions of the program but we cannot promise that any particular item will be added.
