You can cancel your ShareScope subscription at any time but we do take pride in our products, so please take the time to tell us why you wish to cancel.
Simply write to us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (otherwise we cannot confirm cancellation) and no further payment will be collected.
Please include your name, postcode, account number (if known) and your reason for cancellation - we would welcome any feedback you have about ShareScope.
Cancellations are usually processed the same day or the next working day depending upon what time the request is received. We will then confirm your cancellation in writing.
If you wish to cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your membership fee immediately - that's our guarantee!
If you are cancelling an annual subscription, then we will simply refund the unexpired part of your subscription.
Re-activating your ShareScope subscription
You can come back to ShareScope at any time simply by calling our FREEPHONE on 0800 052 1515 or you can reactivate your membership online (please note that if you reactivate online, your account will not be reactivated until the following working day).
There is a reactivation fee of £25. If you are subscribing to ShareScope Pro there is no reactivation fee. In all cases your monthly or annual subscription is due on the day that you reactivate.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Delta, and cheque for the reactivation fee. To start using ShareScope today we advise that you pay by card as cheques take longer to receive and process.
The monthly or annual subscription can be paid with the above cards (except Switch) or by Direct Debit.
