Note: all ShareScope prices include exchange fees, VAT and UK p&p where applicable.
Membership Fee
ShareScope has a one-off membership fee of £79.95 for which you'll receive:
- The ShareScope software
- Technical support for life (0845 local rate call)
- FREE software upgrades for life
Our guarantee: If within 30 days you wish to cancel your subscription to ShareScope, we'll refund your membership fee immediately.

There is no minimum subscription period and you can cancel at any time.

You can make your monthly subscription payments in one of two ways:
- By credit card with continuous monthly authorisation
- By Direct Debit - you will need to print out a Direct Debit form and post it to us immediately (it can take 10 working days to set up). If we do not receive your form in time for your next monthly payment we will charge your credit card instead - or your ShareScope subscription could be temporarily suspended. Please note that we will continue to charge your credit card each month until we receive alternative instruction.
If you purchase a product on monthly subscription you will be given these options at the checkout stage.
Monthly Level 2 subscriptions
Level 2 data can now be added to a ShareScope Gold or ShareScope Plus subscription for just £16 per month (Level 2 is included free in ShareScope Pro).
If you currently pay a monthly subscription to ShareScope, payments for Level 2 will be taken by the same payment method (i.e. credit card / direct debit).
If you currently pay an annual subscription to ShareScope, you can choose to pay for a Level 2 subscription in one of two ways:
- By credit card with continuous monthly authorisation
- By Direct Debit - you will need to print the Direct Debit form and post it to us immediately

You can make an annual subscription payment in one of three ways. Either:
- By credit card online today
- By Direct Debit - note that this cannot be completed online (please see below)

If you want to pay by cheque or Direct Debit please call us during office hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) on 0800 052 1515.
Outside of office hours, if you would like to buy an annual subscription by Direct Debit or cheque AND would like to start using ShareScope today you will first need to buy a MONTHLY subscription online using a credit card (see above). You can then send us the Direct Debit form or cheque with a covering letter explaining clearly that you would like to buy an annual subscription. As soon as the Direct Debit is set up or the cheque has cleared we will notify you that your subscription has been changed to an annual subscription. If paying by Direct Debit we will also confirm the amount in writing before it is charged. Please note that we will continue to charge your credit card monthly until we receive alternative instruction.

Annual Level 2 subscriptions
An annual subscription to Level 2 costs just £170 (a saving of £22 over the year) and can be added to a ShareScope Gold or Plus subscription. Level 2 is included free of charge in ShareScope Pro.
Annual Level 2 subscription payments can be taken in one of three ways:
- By credit card online today
- By Direct Debit - note that this cannot be completed online
- By cheque - note that this cannot be completed online

Paying by credit or debit card
We accept VISA, Mastercard and VISA Delta online.
At the moment we do not accept Switch or Maestro debit cards online. If you want to pay by Switch or Maestro then you can do so over the telephone. Please call 0800 052 1515 to pay by Debit Card.
Please note that we do not accept payment by Electron or American Express cards.
Paying by cheque
You can also send us a cheque. However, your account will not be activated until the cheque has been received and cleared.
